Good Afternoon,
I just want to send a message out to welcome everyone back. This will be an interesting year, to say the least. A couple things that will greatly help with communications is for everyone to download the Milbank School App and school Facebook pages. We will be communicating via the app, Facebook page, live feed on the website, and this voice messenger system. Building administrators will also be sending out messages throughout the time period as well.
We plan to start school tomorrow morning with full staff and students. A reminder, this will be a full day tomorrow. We know that there will need to be adjustments made throughout the year and ask for patience as we work through all the quirks and kinks throughout this school year. Between COVID and the new building, there is a lot of unfamiliar territories. We also want to remind you that our attendance at extra-curricular events will remain fluid throughout this year and will be adjusted on a game by game basis, at least, at the beginning of the year. Students who have bought activity passes will have that money transferred into their lunch account. Please, contact the central office if you prefer a refund.
We are asking middle school and high school students to park east of door one this year. When leaving the school we ask those students to either go south or east. All busses will exit to the east this year as well. The majority of elementary traffic will go west and south from the loop. We are asking these things to try and avoid as much congestion as possible. There will be school officials to assist with all of this in the first few days.
There are many resources on our new COVID page on the website. There is also a great new page designed for familiarity with the new elementary building, pick up and drop off procedures, and a meet and greet with the elementary staff. Also, please view the Maroon and Gold Calendar for the event we have to transition to this sometime this year. If you do not know which days your child is on, please contact your building level principal.
Thanks,

If you haven't returned your registration packet yet, please do so as soon as possible. You can drop the packet off at Door 1 of the High School in the dropbox. Thanks!
