Grades 3-8 &11 will begin Smarter Balanced testing on Tues., Apr. 9th through Apr. 18th. We encourage you to maintain good attendance, get plenty of sleep, eat a balanced breakfast, and arrive on time. If you'd like your child's specific schedule please contact your principal.
Once again, The Christian service council is teaming with feeding South Dakota for another year of food giveaways. The food giveaway on April 10th will be relocated to Lake Farley. The event is open to anyone in need and will take place from 4:30 to 6pm.

Milbank Schools will open ONE HOUR LATE due to dense fog and poor rural road conditions Wednesday, March 13th.
Due to blowing and drifting snow, especially in the foothills, please contact DeFea Transportation if you feel the bus cannot make it to your house so arrangements can be made to meet the bus this afternoon.

A decision regarding school on Monday, March 4th will be made by 6 am. Although the high winds being forecast for tomorrow and the condition of rural roads may make it difficult to have school, we will wait and see what the updated forecast and road conditions are in the morning.

Parent–Teacher conferences will be made up on Wednesday, March 6th from 3:45 – 6 PM. We will have a FULL DAY of classes and conferences will be held for parents that request them and for those requested by teachers.

Milbank Schools will dismiss at 1 pm today Thursday, February 14th. No activities.
Milbank Schools will open 2 Hours Late tomorrow, Wednesday February 13th, and WILL DISMISS AT THE REGULAR TIME (3:15P.M.). Buses will run where possible. Parent -Teacher Conferences will be held at the same time next Wednesday, February 20th. That means there will be a 1:30 pm dismissal next Wednesday to accommodate for Parent-Teacher Conferences.
