Milbank Middle School

Silas Moss, currently a 7^th grader at Milbank Middle School, entered an elective national poetry contest as a 6th grader.  Mrs. Dallman encouraged all her student to participate and offered guidance in the writing and application process if they wanted.  He was among the top 20% of entries received to be selected for publishing in this year's book.  The book, Excellence 2025 Poetry Collection, is finally here and he is now a published author.  His poem is called, Parrots.  Congratulations to Silas!
