Congratulations to Hope Karels who has been selected as the October Student of the Month at Milbank High School. She is the daughter of Jason and Susan Karels. Hope has been very active throughout her high school career as she has participated in tennis, band, color guard, choir, theater and FCA. Outside of school she is very active in 4-H as well as in her church. In her spare time she works at Unity Square, the Pumpkin Patch and has a thriving cupcake business. Her future plans include attending NDSU and opening a bakery soon after college graduation.
