The middle school student council challenged the Middle School to raise $1,600 to purchase presents for the Angel Tree. They did this through a penny war challenge. All change counted positive for the class and dollar bills made you go backward. The 3-week challenge was well-perceived by the students. They battled back and forth to keep the lead, but in the end, Mrs. Dallman's 6th grade homeroom class ended as the overall winner. The students together raised over $4,200 which will all be used to buy presents for their Angel Tree cards and additional clothing for kids in the community. We are blown away at the amount these kids raised. They truly jumped on board and went all in! Pictured is the 2nd quarter student council with gifts donated to ICAP Angel Tree.
