Welcome to the Milbank School District’s technology page.

Our district is a leader when it comes to providing technology for staff and student use. We have near 1,000 Chromebooks and 350 iPads district wide to give ample opportunity for technology use. Our new Elementary School classrooms have 70" Promethean Titanium ActivPanels that can do endless things to enhance education and learning! We also have interactive Promethean boards in our Middle School & High School classrooms as well! All of our staff members have their own laptops and iPads. We went 1:1 in grades 6 through 12 beginning in the 2020 school year meaning every students in these grades are issued their own Chromebook to use and take home. There are also Apple TVs in every classroom so that work that is being done on iPads can be shown to the entire class. We utilize many technology resources such as Education City, IXL, Learn360, BrainPop, Tumblebooks, Renaissance Learning, and Waterford.

We have two PC computer labs and a Mac lab with a total of 50 PC's and 25 MacBooks in our High School & Middle School building. Our classrooms are able to complete all homework online either at school or at home. All of our teachers have also put their classroom material online so education can continue in the event of Distance Learning.

We also have a Chromebox lab in our Elementary building with about 30 Chromeboxes. Grades 3 through 5 classrooms are all full with Chromebooks for every student. Grades K through 2 have Chromebook carts available for use throughout the day. Every classroom at our Elementary has iPads for student use as well, which brings a whole new and exciting way to learn!

If you have any questions regarding technology at our district, please feel free to contact me. Have a great day and Go Bulldogs!
